Entry Level Sales

Vector Marketing is interviewing immediately for part-time sales reps. Our reps work with customers, explaining our Cutco products, and placing any orders. No experience needed! Competitive base pay. Incentives possible. Flexible schedules to work around your classes or work schedule.

Our reps sell Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous experience & knowledge about home goods or sales isn't needed. We work with a lot of people who are looking to build up their communication and networking skills. We provide all of the training needed for success.

• Solid Training
  - We believe in building our people from the ground up and allowing them to expand on their natural abilities in order to launch them into a successful career.
• Paid Weekly
  - We offer guaranteed base pay that is not tied to sales, allowing reps to focus on providing excellent customer service rather than feeling pressured to make a sale. We also offer a performance-based commission structure that increases based on career sales performance - not length of service or annual resets. Representatives are paid a base ($25.00 base-appt) or commission, whichever is higher that week.
  
  Even during slower weeks, reps are still paid for every qualified appointment they complete, regardless of sales results.
• Location
  - Reps work locally after training. Meetings and training are held in the office.
• Flexible schedules
  - We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible while others choose to be super part time around other commitments such as classes or their full time jobs.
• Advancement
  - Sales reps who work here long term have an opportunity move along several different paths including management and career sales professional (even if they start part time with no experience).

People who have done well with us in the past have had experience in admin, retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant, receptionist, office work, server, landscaping, and in just about any field you can imagine. Some didn't have any traditional work experience at all, but they excelled in activities like theater, sports, or band. We welcome all applicants who have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
