Join our amazing team! Our Forensic Serology position is a great opportunity to work with a leading Forensic company! This is your chance to work with a company dedicated to forensic testing!

We are looking for a sharp professional that possesses these top 3 skills:

• B.S. in related field
• 1+ years of Forensic Lab experience
• DNA extraction/serology

Pay: $60k-$80k

Schedule: 1st shift M-F (must be open to overtime; occasional longer hours, weekends, holidays)

Type of Job: Direct Hire

Location: (100% Onsite) Greater Houston

At this time, Astrix cannot transfer nor sponsor a work Visa for this position.

Forensic Serologist Daily Tasks:

What you will do:

• Conducting serological tests to detect antibodies and antigens in blood samples
• Isolating DNA from biological samples for analysis through DNA extraction
• Measuring the amount of DNA present in a sample through DNA quantification
• Contributing to the development and implementation of new analytical techniques.

Forensic Serologist Qualifications/Requirements:

• B.S. degree (Genetics, Forensic science, molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry)
• 1+ years of forensic DNA laboratory experience
• Pipetting experience
