Security Officer Armed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and/or actions taken according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with access control needs, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel;
Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by observing customer and employee activity, addressing policy violations when appropriate, and coordinating with local law enforcement when needed
