Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate for a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns according to post orders;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior;
Monitor entrances, high-traffic areas, and/or point-of-sale locations for potential issues such as disorderly conduct, shoplifting concerns, and trespassing, while maintaining a professional presence;
Work with local management and/or emergency responders when needed, report hazards or policy violations, and support daily operations through visible armed security-related coverage
