What We Are Looking ForWe’re seeking a hands‑on, mechanically skilled Service Technician who can install, maintain, and repair water filtration systems, pumps, valves, and related equipment. This role also supports the inspection and repair of commercial playground structures to ensure safety and compliance. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer‑focused, and comfortable working independently in the field across various outdoor environments.
What You Will Do- Install, maintain, and repair water filtration systems, pumps, valves, and mechanical components.
- Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and perform corrective repairs in the field.
- Conduct routine service on water features, splash pads, and pool‑related systems.
- Inspect playground equipment for wear, damage, and safety concerns.
- Perform general repairs on playground structures, surfacing, hardware, and components.
- Complete service reports, document findings, and communicate recommendations to supervisors or customers.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in good working condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while on job sites.
- Provide professional, customer‑focused service during all interactions.
- Experience working with water filtration systems, pumps, plumbing components, or pool equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability across a variety of systems.
- Ability to walk, stand, climb, and work in outdoor environments, including playgrounds and aquatic facilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
- Professional communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
- Current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) certification, or the ability to obtain one within two months of employment.
- Position may include authorization to operate a company service vehicle for service calls and requires regular travel throughout Texas, including occasional overnight stays as necessary to complete assigned work.
- Valid driver’s license.
