Responsibilities:

• Install and configure audio-visual systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Program control systems and ensure seamless integration with existing technology.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support during and after installations.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations and programming changes.
• Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and industry trends.
• Assist in training clients on system operation and functionality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AV installation and programming, with a strong technical background.
• Familiarity with control systems such as Control4, Savant, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Certifications in AV technology or related fields are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
