Traveling Industrial Equipment Operator

Sandling Industrial Services is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing traveling team. This position offers the opportunity to travel throughout the United States while operating, maintaining, and servicing specialized industrial equipment at customer facilities.

As a Traveling Industrial Equipment Operator, you will work on a variety of equipment including belt filter presses, filter presses, dredges, pumps, piping systems, and other industrial wastewater and dewatering equipment. Every project is unique, providing opportunities to gain valuable experience and develop new skills in the field.

• Operate and monitor industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with equipment setup, startup, operation, shutdown, and teardown.
• Perform routine inspections and basic mechanical maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with repairs as needed.
• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow all company and customer safety procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a traveling team.
