Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician for Parkside Place in Houston. This role leads maintenance staff, handles service requests, coordinates makes-readies and upgrades, and ensures timely unit turns.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience, valid HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and the ability to work on-call. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
