Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment including extruders, controls, drives, gear boxes, pneumatics, hydraulics, synchronous belts, v-belts, sheaves, roller chains, sprockets, conveyor systems, motors and gearboxes;
Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures to the root cause and perform necessary repairs to restore safe and efficient operation;
Troubleshoot electrical systems, PLCs, and control loops to support reliable automation and control of production equipment;
Align motors, gearboxes, couplings, and pulleys using magnetic dial indicator methods and straight-edge methods;
Maintain and repair overhead cranes (1 to 10 tons) and mobile equipment, including forklifts, tugs, and small vehicles
