The Installersupportstheonsiteconstructionandinstallationofplaygrounds,splash pads,andrelatedequipment.

Thisroleperformshands‑onlabor,followsdirectionfromthe

CrewLead,andhelpsensureprojectsarecompletedsafely,accurately,andaccordingtospecifications.

Responsibilitiesincludesitepreparation,equipmentassembly,material handling,andmaintainingacleanandsafejobsite.

The Installerplaysakeyroleinkeepingprojectsonscheduleanddeliveringhigh‑qualityinstallations.

• Followinstructionsfromthe Crew Leadtocompletedailyconstructionandinstallationtasks .
• Assistwithsitepreparationincludingdigging,grading,measuring,andlayout.
• Assembleplaygroundstructuresandequipmentusinghandtools,power tools,and hardware.
• Load,unload,andmovematerialssafelyaroundthejobsite.
• Usemeasuringtoolstomarkinstallationpointsaccordingtoplans.
• Operateequipmentsuchasexcavatorsorskidsteers(iftrained).
• Maintainjobsitecleanlinessandremovedebristhroughouttheday.
• FollowallsafetyproceduresandwearrequiredPPEatalltimes.
• Reportissuesordiscrepanciestothe Crew Leadimmediately .
• Assistwithconcreteworksuchasmixing,pouring,andfinishing.
• Supportinspectionsbyensuringworkmeetsqualityandspecificationstandards.

• Highschooldiplomaorequivalentpreferred.
• Basicunderstandingofconstructionpractices,handtools,andjobsitesafety.
• Abilitytoreadsimplemeasurementsandfollowwrittenorverbalinstructions.
• Strongworkethic,reliability,andwillingnesstolearn.
• Abilitytoworkeffectivelyaspartofateamandtakedirectionsfromsupervisors.
• Comfortableworkingoutdoorsinvaryingweatherconditions.

This role is based in Spring, Texas and requires travel. The role involves exposure to typical construction and service-related hazards.
