• Greet players with energy and personality, create a welcoming bar experience, and recommend drinks they’ll love.
• Mix a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to perfection while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll.
• Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to elevate the player’s visit.
• Collaborate with other play makers to deliver top‑notch service and ensure every player feels like a VIP.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant.
• Live Topgolf’s core values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring—every day and support fellow play makers.

• Lift and move items up to 50lb.
• Remain on your feet for most of the shift.
• Engage in a variety of physical tasks, maintaining endurance during high‑volume work.
