HVAC Technician Supervisor

Managing team workload and maintaining quality standards during peak Texas summer seasons with high service call volumes.
Balancing urgent parts requirements with budget constraints and supplier lead times to maintain high first-time fix rates.
Retaining skilled HVAC technicians in the highly competitive Houston labor market, where demand for top talent remains strong.
Our client is a leading HVAC services organization based in Spring, Texas. They are seeking a leader who can ensure high-quality installations, maintenance, and repair services. The role is responsible for overseeing workflow, providing technical guidance, and driving customer satisfaction across residential and commercial projects.
Overall experience range: 3 to 8 years of hands-on HVAC experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or Lead Technician role.
Valid EPA Universal Certification and a current Texas TDLR Technician or Contractor License.
Expertise in residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, and high-efficiency air conditioning units.
Must have experience in:
Construction – Specialty Trades – Mechanical / HVAC, HVAC, and Manufacturing – HVAC Equipment (Chillers/Boilers).
Must hold AABC or NEBB certification.
Salary: USD $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Performance-based bonuses may be available based on individual and team performance results.

Train and mentor junior technicians in technical competencies, safety procedures, and customer service best practices.
Serve as the escalation point for customer concerns, providing technical explanations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Experience:
Must have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of overall professional experience.
Employment Stability:
Minimum tenure of 1 year per employer.
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. ("Nice to have")
