RPM Living is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for re-leasing. You will follow checklists, perform repairs, inspect drywall, caulk and seal, and apply touch-up paint to ensure units meet quality standards.
Responsibilities include maintaining supplies, reducing waste, enhancing curb appeal, and upholding safety policies. A high school diploma and at least 1 year in maintenance are preferred; HVAC experience is a plus.
