Tapestry on Louetta - Spring, TX 77388, Position Type:
Full Time, Salary Range: $30.00 - $33.00 Hourly, Sandalwood Management is seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise the maintenance team and assist with general maintenance and upkeep of Tapestry on Louetta, our new 358 unit property, located in Spring TX.

• Lead maintenance department in order to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs and special projects as required
• Work with the property manager on budget and projects
• Perform various maintenance repairs in electrical, plumbing, pool, masonry, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, and appliances
• Prepare vacant units, complete work orders, and maintain grounds
• Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance
• Other maintenance duties as assigned

• 3+ years of multifamily housing maintenance experience and knowledge in repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, appliance repair and installations, etc.
• Valid driver’s license, required
• EPA Universal license/ HVAC, required
• Certified Pool Operator, a plus
• Ability to work on-call, evenings and rotating weekends, required
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test, required
• Smart phone

• up to $33/Hr negotiable, depending on experience
