Job Title: Scada Developer
Our client, a leader in industrial automation and control systems, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Scada Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Scada Developer, you will be an integral part of the operations support team, contributing to the development and maintenance of critical SCADA systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for continuous learning, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
Location: Onsite Spring, Texas
Pay Range: Market
Responsibilities- Create new facilities within the Ignition SCADA software to support operational needs.
- Collaborate with field technicians to resolve and test new device integrations.
- Work with support staff to ensure 24/7 availability and reliability of the SCADA system.
- Troubleshoot communications, device configurations, tag definitions, and SQL table entries to maintain system integrity.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Knowledgeable in database structure and usage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude for problem‑solving and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Knowledge of various automation controllers and industrial protocols such as Modbus, AB, Emerson, MQTT, DNP
