A global leader in the energy industry is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic technology team supporting enterprise-scale digital initiatives. This role involves collaborating on complex, high-impact projects that enable business transformation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, contribute to architecture decisions, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Designers, Architects, and Engineers to design and build innovative software solutions.
- Contribute hands‑on to the codebase while ensuring high-quality documentation, testing, and maintainability.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical consultancy on application design and system scalability.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, driving technical strategy and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Conduct deep code reviews and enforce coding standards through automated and functional testing.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure application quality, performance, and scalability.
- Partner with security and architecture teams to ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
- Support the full software development lifecycle including design, development, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Frontend: React, Type Script, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Backend: Python, .NET (C#)
- Databases: SQL (MS SQL Server, Postgre
SQL, or other RDBMS), No
SQL (Mongo
DB) - Cloud & Dev Ops: Azure, Git/Git Hub
- Testing: Jest, Cypress, Python unit testing (unittest / python corelib)
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
