Embedded Software Tester

Job Description

Embedded software testing role focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of new software features through close collaboration with developers.

• Creating and executing comprehensive manual and automated test plans
• Analyzing results and debugging issues
• Improving testing methods and tools
• Contributing to system design analysis
• Supporting integration activities
• Working closely with internal and outsourced teams
• Helping resolve complex technical problems

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 5-10 years of experience in embedded software testing and development
• Expertise with multiple software systems design tools and languages (C, C++, Python, and Go)
• Linux development experience
• RESTful API experience
• Strong assessment and problem‑solving skills
• Experience designing software systems running on multiple platform types
• Experience with software systems testing methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
• Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels
