Primary

Job Functions:

Collaborate with IT leaders, stakeholders, application teams, architects, engineers, software developers, and form customers to address Upstream organizational development in the Service Now platform
Adhere to scoped requirements, delivery of completed forms, integrations to pass data between platforms, bug resolution, break/fix, and support of enhancements
Capable of communicating across multiple technical support functions to achieve code deployment
Able to develop forms in Service Now which support API and JSON integration across applications

Required Knowledge/Skills/

Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a Service Now development IT support function
Strong understanding of Service Now Studio framework for developing Service Now catalog items
Programming background in creation of business rules in Service Now
Able to apply UI/UX principles in support of Service Now Catalog item and form creation
Programming background in support of API integration within Service Now to other applications
Able to quickly review existing deployment and support enhancements or changes to Service Now Catalog items

Broad understanding of agile principles
Adheres to mandated principles and applies to code development
Self-starter, capable of taking initiative, gathering requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task across multiple projects
Programming background in scripting of JSON
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
Able to work within Git Hub in support of backing up solutions and code deployment
ITIL Best practices (incident, problem, change management)
