As Senior Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be joining the team of our Conceptum Logistics branch office Houston in USA. You will be responsible for end-to-end heavy haul and project freight forwarding operations across multimodal transport environments. This role is suited for a professional experienced in oversized cargo and complex logistics execution, with a strong focus on efficiency, cost control, and structured project delivery.

• Lead and execute end-to-end heavy haul cargo operations across vessel, rail, barge, and trucking
• Plan and coordinate multimodal shipments, including port, terminal, and inland transport activities
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through execution, monitoring, and final invoicing
• Track and report milestones, KPIs, and shipment progress to ensure on‑time delivery
• Maintain accurate, audit‑ready project documentation and system records
• Monitor costs, operational performance, and financial accuracy across assigned projects
• Drive lean operations and cost‑efficient execution while meeting client requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and vendors to ensure seamless cargo movement
• Manage equipment requests, work orders, and operational resources
• Provide clear reporting, presentations, and updates to management and stakeholders
• Proactively resolve operational issues and deviations to maintain project timelines

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project logistics / freight forwarding operations
• Strong background in heavy haul, breakbulk, and oversized cargo movements
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end, multimodal transport projects (vessel, rail, barge, trucking)
• Solid understanding of cost control, billing processes, and operational performance tracking
• Experience with project lifecycle management, including documentation and invoicing
• Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, and HSE standards
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage internal teams and external stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive with a hands‑on execution mindset
