• Knows and actively demonstrates, daily, our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values
• Correctly identifies product by SKU, size, varietal, and rack bin location
• Make necessary notes on invoices to show variances, changes, and out of stock products
• Maintains control and integrity of pull cart to ensure no product is removed until order is completely pulled
• Maintain neat and orderly product rack areas while order selecting
• Maintain pull cart staging area to ensure any order can be quickly verified upon checking
• Pack wholesale order products neatly without damage to ensure integrity of items at delivery
• Tag wholesale customer orders according to quantity of shipment
• Maintain security and proper usage of all TABC stamps utilized for wholesale customer orders
• Work with and maintain TABC stamp guns and machines
• Restock supplies and utilize equipment when needed to ensure replenishment of products in the racks
• Inform manager/lead of out of stocks or inventory variance on all items
• Work with and maintain computer equipment
• Assists in preparation for inventory and assist in inventory process
• Practices teamwork and cooperation with coworkers
• Seeks to continually improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity
• Undertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detail
• Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally in each shift
• Properly utilize a dolly and/or pallet jack
• Push or pull 50-100 pounds regularly
• Other projects as assigned by management
• Efficiently carrying out all directives given by Management Team
• Work in accord with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA
• Should possess time‑management skills and be able to prioritize tasks and meet the demands of the day
• Attendance and timeliness is required. This is not a job you can do from home

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed above satisfactorily. State law says you must be over the age of 21 to work at Specs.

• 1‑2 years of warehouse experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
• High school diploma or GED required; some experience may substitute for formal education

Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions or memos; must be able to talk and communicate with coworkers and guests.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers as well as fractions and decimals without the aid of a calculator or abacus; counting skills are a plus.

Responsible, reliable, committed to providing excellent service. Patience, friendliness, and an outgoing personality are needed. Self‑starter with a strong work ethic who completes assignments in a timely fashion and looks for the next task.

Full Time—typically 40 hours per week. Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday and must be available 80% or more of all shifts each week.

Part Time—up to 25 hours per week.

We schedule for the needs of our business. Working outside of your scheduled time without Store Manager approval is prohibited. In other words, you cannot decide to make up hours because you missed some time after a night out with your buddies unless your manager oks it.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Knowing when to come in from the rain is a plus.

Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with proper tools; use an industrial machine to move pallets up to 2400 pounds. Requires standing, walking, bending; use of hands and fingers; reaching, balancing, talking, hearing. Vision required: close, distance, depth perception, adjust focus.

Exposure to outside weather conditions in warehouses. Noise level usually moderate to loud.
