The practice, a brand-new, state-of-the-art office that opened in 2024, is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join their team. As a new associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care in a modern, cutting-edge facility, while benefiting from mentorship and professional growth opportunities in collaboration with a dedicated team of dental professionals.

Work Schedule

• Commitment: 3-5 days per week

This newly opened practice features 18 advanced operatories, equipped with the latest dental technology. As a part of this rapidly growing facility, you'll be a critical contributor to its success, ensuring exceptional patient care while becoming an integral member of a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care:
  Diagnose dental conditions using clinical examinations and radiographs.
• Treatment Planning:
  Assess patient needs and collaborate with specialists when necessary.
• General Dentistry:
  Provide a wide range of dental services, including exams, extractions, restorations, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and prosthetics.
• Leadership:
  Mentor and supervise dental hygienists and assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Administrative Duties:
  Manage practice-related administrative tasks to ensure efficient practice management.

Qualifications

• DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) or DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Ohio dental license and DEA certification
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care
