The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking a responsible, dependable, motivated and caring individual for a full-time lead teaching position in our Toddler program. Our facility is a state-of-the-art 20,000 sq. ft. building with 10 classrooms, half-court gym, gross motor room and 3 separate playgrounds.

• Follow State of Ohio and Goddard regulations
• Manage classroom using developmentally appropriate practices
• Implement lesson plans in academic and enrichment subject areas
• Maintain parent communication
• Maintain an aesthetically pleasing classroom environment

• Candidate should be able to lift 30 pounds, sustain high level of activity, bend, stoop and sit on the floor
• Experience working in a childcare setting
• For top pay consideration, CDA Credential, ECE or related degree
• Excellent communication skills, creativity, strong work ethic, positive energy and enthusiasm about early childhood education
• Focus on teamwork and customer service required
