The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking responsible, dependable, motivated and caring individual for full time teaching position in our Toddler program. Our facility is a state‑of‑the‑art 20,000 sq. ft. building with 10 classroom, half court gym, gross motor room and 3 separate playgrounds.

Job requirements include following State of Ohio and Goddard regulations, working with lead teacher to teach up to 14 toddlers using developmentally appropriate practices, implement lesson plans in academic and enrichment subject areas, parent communication, and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing classroom environment. Candidate should be able to lift 30 pounds, sustain high level of activity, bend, stoop and sit on the floor.

Candidate should have experience working in a childcare setting. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, creativity, strong work ethic, positive energy and enthusiasm about early childhood education. Focus on teamwork and customer service required!
