Assistant Toddler Teacher

The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking a responsible, dependable, motivated, and caring individual for an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler program. Our facility is a state‑of‑the‑art 20,000 sq. ft. building with 10 classrooms, a half‑court gym, gross‑motor room and three separate playgrounds.

• Successful classroom management using developmentally appropriate practices.
• Working with lead teacher to implement lesson plans in academic and enrichment subject areas, parent communication, and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing classroom environment.
• Applicants should be able to lift 20 pounds, sustain a high level of activity, bend, stoop and sit on the floor.
• Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working in a preschool or group environment; having a CDA credential is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, creativity, strong work ethic, positive energy and enthusiasm about early childhood education.
• Focus on teamwork and customer service required.
