Infant Teacher

The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking a responsible, dependable, motivated and caring individual for a full‑time teacher position in our Infant program. Our facility is a state‑of‑the‑art 20,000 sq. ft. building with 10 classrooms, a half‑court gym, gross motor room and three separate playgrounds.

• Follow state and Goddard regulations; manage classroom with developmentally appropriate practices; work with assistant teachers to implement lesson plans in academic and enrichment subject areas; communicate with parents; maintain an aesthetically pleasing classroom environment.
• Be able to lift 25 pounds and sustain a high level of activity, including bending, stooping and sitting on the floor.
• Have a minimum of one year experience working in a center or group atmosphere and hold a CDA or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Possess excellent communication skills, creativity, strong work ethic, positive energy and enthusiasm about early childhood education.
• Demonstrate teamwork and customer service skills.
