Alto Health Care -  - Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses;
Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation;
Take and record patients' vital signs as directed by the healthcare team;
Assist with serving and feeding of patients, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration;
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and comforting atmosphere;
Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment, including changing bed linens and infection control protocols;
Report changes in patients' condition or behavior to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider;
Document care provided and observations in accordance with facility policies and procedures
