Commercial and​/or Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative

TWFG Wade Insurance is looking to hire a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) and/or a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals who are interested in a stable, long-term opportunity within the insurance industry.

The primary responsibilities of this role include providing exceptional client service, supporting agency operations, and assisting with administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, maintain a professional image, demonstrate a positive attitude, and have a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

This is an in-office position and is not eligible for remote work.

Located at 775 Gardner Rd Springboro, Ohio

• Provide prompt and accurate client service
• Support upper management, staff, and agents as needed
• Effectively learn and utilize agency management system
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Other duties as assigned

• Prior experience in the property / casualty insurance industry for commercial / personal lines business is required.
• Experience working with basic computer skills
• Capacity to learn new tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience.

Prior experience in the P&C insurance industry is required. Hiring for a personal account manager and/or a commercial lines account manager. Holding an active P&C insurance license is preferred.
