  • Track assigned maintenance tasks, document completed work, and communicate outstanding repairs, supply needs, and project updates.
  • Support and uphold CHESS's Christian mission, Statement of Beliefs, and biblical standards of conduct by demonstrating Christ-centered character, integrity, and professionalism in daily interactions with students, families, staff, and the broader school community.
  • All maintenance and repairs must be performed within the employee's training, qualifications, and authorization, using proper techniques and materials to ensure safe, durable, and professional results.
