- Minimum of 5 years experience.
- Must be able to do own set‑ups and program Accu-rite controls on mills.
- Surface grinding and Aerospace experience with exotic materials is a plus.
- Must be proficient with set‑up and operation.
- Must be self‑sufficient and able to multi‑task.
- Experience with tight tolerances and capable of performing inspections.
- Able to interpret blueprints and understand customer specs.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must have your own tools.
