Technician Maintenance (Weekend Shift)

Job Location s: US-OH-Springboro

• Supports our PM weekend crew.
• Works Friday, Saturday & Sunday 5am-5:30pm.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical).
• Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.
• Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance).
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.
• Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Production equipment includes CNC lathes, draw benches, mechanical presses, ovens, cranes, and chemical lines. Facilities maintenance will also be required.

• Required education and experience:
  Attending a Vocational / Technical School or internal training program OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education & Experience or Skillset;
  No prior experience needed.
• Preferred education and experience:
  Vocational/Technical Training Degree.
• Discipline/Major:
  Technical training preferred.
• Knowledge, skills & abilities:
  Ability to work as part of a team, Problem-solving skills, Technical expertise, Automation, Calibration, Equipment maintenance, Failure analysis, Manufacturing support, Mechanical troubleshooting, Numerical control, Production support, Refurbishment.
