Facility is currently looking for Full Time, Part Time and PRN Night Positions. Join our team as a charge nurse leader at our state‑of‑the‑art, skilled nursing facility. The position provides direct care to patients and oversight of nurse aides. It ensures excellent care delivery on nursing units and meets the needs of residents, resident families, and nursing aides during the care delivery process.

Pay Rate: $29.00 to $33.00 hourly. Rates based on LPN credentials with additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the responsibility for total patient care within the nursing unit and unit management.
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients.
  • Carry out administrative and patient care duties as directed by ADON or DON.
  • Supervise and assume responsibility for actions and care delivered by nurse associates, including monitoring and responding to all policies and procedures.
  • Administer medication and treatment per physician orders specific to the patient.
  • Instruct and observe care implementation per the physician/clinician or standard of practice.
  • Assist and direct in admission/discharge processes of patients.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school and current license in the state of practice.
  • Maintain licensure (complete CE requirements) and CPR certification.
  • Desire to work with elderly and enjoys working directly with residents, staff, and families.
  • Good organizational skills and follow‑up when patient situations require.
