Registered Veterinary Technician - Bigger Road; Springboro

Bigger Road Springboro is an AAHA‑accredited veterinary hospital in Springboro, OH. We are seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our medical team and provide high‑quality care to small animal patients.

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
• Lead and mentor team members, ensuring efficient workflow and supporting skill development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for pet owners, educating them on treatments, reviewing medical records, and addressing questions.
• Contribute to a positive culture through training, feedback, and upholding hospital standards.

• Graduate of an AVMA‑accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• Current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
• Calm, efficient demeanor, especially in fast‑paced or stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• One year of veterinary industry experience preferred.

Competitive hourly rate of $22‑27/hr or salary based on experience and role.
