This Guy's Coffee in Springboro, OH is looking for one baker to join our bakery team. We are located on 284 W Central Ave. Our ideal candidate has baking knowledge, is detail-oriented, and available mornings or afternoons on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
Responsibilities- Follow our recipes— our muffins, coffee cakes, scones, and quiches are made from scratch and rotate seasonally.
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Experience and competence in baking (professional experience not required)
- Availability to bake Saturdays and/or Sundays— timing of baking shifts are flexible, and duration depends on current demand of baked goods
