What You’ll Do
  • Mentorship & Leadership:
    Leverage your sales expertise to help support the development of fellow team members. Through coaching, collaboration, and guidance from experienced leaders, you'll gradually expand your leadership responsibilities.
  • Customer Guidance:
    Continue driving personal sales by providing exceptional service and educating home buyers throughout the home‑building and purchasing journey.
  • Marketing & Outreach:
    Leverage marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, build relationships with local Realtors, and drive customer traffic.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with builder partners to present quarterly business plans and align on community sales goals.
  • Model Home Management:
    Maintain a welcoming, top‑notch model home environment that enhances the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Availability:
    Must be able to work onsite during business hours, including weekends.
  • Experience:

    Proven success in new home sales or a high‑performance, customer‑facing sales environment. 4+ years of professional experience preferred.
  • Skills:

    Effective communication, strategic thinking, time management, and problem‑solving.
  • Leadership Potential:
    Strong interest in mentorship and coaching, with the drive to continue growing into a Sales Manager position through strong performance, leadership presence, and measurable business results.
  • Tech Proficiency:
    Advanced computer skills, including CRM tools, Zoom, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Education/License: A real estate license is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Other Requirements:
    Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current liability insurance. A background check will be conducted.
