The Foreman is an essential role in the company that oversees daily operations at the worksite to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

• Allocate individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Ensure that sufficient resources and staffing are provided to meet project deadlines, comply with regulations, and adhere to best practices and safety standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets and uphold quality standards across all sites.
• Effectively manage time and resources to complete projects within the targeted timelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Hourly rates are $32-$37/ hr
