Maintenance Technician at Meribel & Alexander Pointe

Currently, we are in search of a skilled full-time Maintenance Technician who can float between Meribel and Alexander Pointe.

The Maintenance Technician is to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors, and staff:

• Perform any and all property maintenance needs
• Prepare apartments for new residents
• Completes work orders
• Basic Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Electrical Systems
• Mechanical Systems
• Small Appliance Repair
• Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
• HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
• Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash

• Maintenance or "handyman" experience
• Apartment/multi-family maintenance experience a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Tools (hammer, screwdrivers, channel locks, multi meter, Allen wrenches, pliers, knife, flashlight)
• Able to respond to after hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation
