Meadow View Apartments in Springboro, OH seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure vacated units are restored to market-ready condition. You’ll work with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to address requests, perform repairs, and maintain safety in daily tasks.
Applicants should have 2 years of maintenance experience and HVAC certification. The role is full-time, on-site with an 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week. Competitive pay with bonuses per unit and KPI bonuses.
