Production Concrete Worker - 1st or 2nd Shift

Position Overview

Production Concrete Worker at High Concrete, Springboro, Ohio. Responsible for setting up, stripping, and pouring concrete to create panels and slabs for parking garages, sports complexes, and office/retail buildings.

Shift availability: 1st shift (8‑9 AM) and 2nd shift (11 AM). Rates start at $20.00 per hour with potential increase based on relevant experience.

Overtime (time and a half) after 8 hours per day. Shift differential of $3.00 per hour for hours worked between 5 PM and 5 AM. No travel required.

• Review prints with attention to detail.
• Pour concrete.
• Set up forms using a tape measure.
• Place steel in forms.
• Cut mesh with bolt cutters.
• Use concrete saws to cut strands.
• Operate oil sprayers to spray oil into forms.

• Prior construction, roofing, hardscaping or similar background required.
• Comfortable operating measuring tape to 1/16th of an inch.
• Good at following instructions, taking feedback, and working as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and measurement skills, and knowledge of various hand, power, and measurement tools.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
• Prior concrete and/or construction experience helpful, but not required.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints a plus.
