Contractors will perform a wide range of property maintenance, handyman repairs, HVAC services, troubleshooting, and residential/commercial improvement projects

The ideal contractor should be comfortable working independently, diagnosing problems, communicating with customers, documenting completed work, and completing repairs according to professional standards.

Contractors may receive work orders involving:

• Lock, handle, and hardware replacement
