Position: Medical Equipment (DME) Service Technician/Driver (Springboro, OH)

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and install medical equipment in a safe and timely manner.
  • Safely operate a company‑owned 16’ box truck.
  • Instruct patients, family members, and caregivers on equipment functions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Perform minor repair and equipment troubleshooting while in the field.
  • Thoroughly and accurately complete all orders on a proprietary web‑based inventory management system.
Shift Information

Service Technician candidates must be willing/able to work overtime hours, as well as be available for rotating on‑call shifts, which include weekends and evenings.

Company vehicles are equipped with dash‑camera technology (frontward facing and in‑cabin).

Work location:

The Dayton/Cincinnati service area warehouse is located at 820 Pleasant Valley Drive, Springboro, OH, 45066.

Sign‑on bonus:
All Service Technicians are eligible for a $1,000 signing bonus paid in $500 increments at their six and twelve month anniversaries.

Qualifications
  • High school degree or G.E.D.
  • Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have possessed a driver’s license for a minimum of 5 years.
  • 1+ year of delivery and/or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift an average of 50 pounds and perform strenuous work.
  • Basic phone/computer skills.
  • Ability to receive and maintain a DOT medical examiner’s card.
  • All candidates must possess a clean driving record and criminal background check. Candidates will also be subject to a pre‑employment drug screen to be considered for the position.
