Drivers transport freight across the middle corridor of the United States in dry van and reefer trucks. They are required to operate 2022 or newer Volvo 760 tractors equipped with safety and convenience features.

  Operations team is experienced.
• Loads run along the U.S. middle corridor; no dispatch through the West Coast mountains or New York City.
• Truck undergoes regular maintenance; shop available 24/7.

• Drivers meet managers and team members face‑to‑face.
• Dispatchers and drivers know each other by name.
• Operations department available 24/7.

Pay is based on work record and experience and is determined after full processing. Drivers are paid for both loaded and empty miles, with an increase of up to 5%–7% compared to short‑mile companies. More miles mean more money. Annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses are offered. Top performers earned over $100,000 last year.

• Age 23 years or older.
• At least 1 year of driving experience.
• Willingness to drive OTR.
• No more than 4 serious driving incidents.
