Position: LOCAL CDL-A DRIVER

Position Details

Home daily with 2 non‑weekend days off
70% drop & hook / 30% driver unload using an electric pallet jack
Dry van freight with occasional reefer loads
Deliveries throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky
Average 3–5 loads and 5–7 stops per day
Average 200–300 miles daily
Average 1,000–1,500 miles weekly
Slip‑seat day cabs
On‑site support staff available during working hours

Schedule

Assigned start times between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM
Afternoon and evening operation
Weekend work required for new drivers

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of CDL‑A experience
Must live within the Monroe hiring area (

Personal transportation to and from the terminal
Clean MVR
Clean background
Strong work ethic
Not SAP Friendly
