This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Springdale, AR for a Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records, performing audits, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and preparing tax returns. Other responsibilities include assisting with financial statement preparation, maintaining accurate financial data, and supporting clients with accounting needs. Collaboration with team members and clients is essential for success in this role.

• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, and Financial Statement Preparation
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Audit Procedures, and Tax Compliance Practices
• Experience with General Ledger Reconciliation, Financial Data Management, and Journal Entries
• Proficiency with Accounting Software and Excel
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or working toward certification is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
