We're looking for a Junior Staff Accountant who wants to grow their career, learn from experienced accounting leaders, and gain exposure to month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting.

What You'll Do

+ Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations

+ Assist with month-end and year-end close

+ Support financial statement preparation

+ Analyze account activity and investigate discrepancies

+ Maintain general ledger accuracy

+ Assist with audits and reporting requests

+ Partner with AP, AR, and payroll teams to ensure accurate financial data

What Makes You a Great Fit

+ 1-3 years of accounting experience

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

+ Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

+

Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, or month-end close

+ Eagerness to learn and grow within accounting and finance
