Location:

- Manage daily accounting tasks: AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
- Prepare accurate financial records, statements, and reports.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and collections for students, courses, and partnerships.
- Monitor expenses; support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Process reimbursements and maintain employee financial records.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR, and Tech teams for smooth workflows.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in financial data.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Maintain and organize finance, HR, administration, and compliance files.
- Update and manage student records and admission documentation.
- Keep records accurate, updated, and systematically stored (physical & digital).
- Assist in preparing reports, ledgers, and documents for audits.
- Coordinate with departments for document submission and collection.
- Track file movement and maintain file-tracking systems.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Accounts Head/Management.
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience as an Accountant Executive, preferably in EdTech or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Quick Books, Zoho Books, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in educational institutions/universities is an added advantage.
- Organizational and record‑keeping skills.
- Accuracy in document management and reporting.
- Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
