Crain Buick GMC of Springdale is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, assist with appointment setting, manage file scanning, and coordinate the loaner fleet dispatch. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Schedule and manage appointments for staff and customers.
• Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files accurately.
• Coordinate and dispatch the loaner fleet to meet customer and service needs.
• Maintain a well-organized workspace and filing system.
• Assist with other clerical duties as assigned.

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong appointment setting and calendar management skills.
• Proficient in file scanning and document management.
• Experience with loaner fleet dispatch or vehicle coordination is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
