The Administrative Analyst supports the strategic operations of the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism by providing advanced analytical, operational, and administrative support. The position works in collaboration with senior leadership at Queen Wilhelmina State Park in Mena, Arkansas.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus three years of administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills with ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities
- Critical thinking ability to identify solutions to complex administrative and operational challenges
- High attention to detail in records management and compliance with state laws and confidentiality requirements
