Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

- Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests using knowledge and skills.
- Continuously build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
- Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department and other technicians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.
- Positive attitude and desire to serve guests.
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles.
- Ability to meet or exceed hourly goals.
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Desire for long‑term career development.
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level.
- Work in tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Use dexterous hand tools efficiently.
- Walk/stand for majority of workday.
- Drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Use computer efficiently.
