• Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests using knowledge and skills.
• Continuously build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department and other technicians.
• Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.

• Positive attitude and desire to serve guests.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles.
• Ability to meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Desire for long‑term career development.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level.
• Work in tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
• Use dexterous hand tools efficiently.
• Walk/stand for majority of workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Use computer efficiently.
