The Manager/Sr. Manager/Director, FP&A, is an important partner for our various Corporate functional areas at 7 Brew. The role will be responsible for key business support activities including being a central contact for analyzing/assessing business performance, developing and delivering planning and reporting activities, delivering actionable insights into business performance, and managing various ad hoc projects in conjunction with business teams.

The candidate will work cross-functionally with Corporate functional areas, including Operations/Franchise Support, Real Estate/Development, Supply Chain, and the Corporate Leadership team to deliver financial and business insights to help provide the best-in-class experience for our customers.

This role is based at the Corporate Office in Northwest Arkansas and the Manager/Sr. Manager/Director, FP&A, is expected to be in the office five (5) days a week. This role will have minimal required business travel.

• Analyze and assess Corporate and Franchise business performance
• Develop and monitor Corporate and Franchise-facing KPIs
• Partner with key functional leaders to deliver timely business insights
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and project support on business activities and company strategic initiatives
• Support Financial Planning and Reporting cycles
• Coordinate activities with other Finance and Accounting teams to develop and maintain central business intelligence reporting and insight generation capabilities

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, or related field, supporting a fast-paced Operations organization, preferably in the QSR, Retail, or Hospitality industries
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong financial and/or accounting background with experience in business-facing roles; experience with Power
  
  BI, SQL, and other analytics tools a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to successfully support fast-moving business partners and manage multiple competing priorities
