Overview
The Strategy & Planning Intern supports the CS&E Team with sales activation activities, execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and attainment of business goals. The intern maintains internal reports using Microsoft Office, Power BI, and other internal systems, assists in scheduling and coordinating meetings, samples, and product cuttings, and supports various project needs or ad hoc requests.
Responsibilities- Support CS&E Team with sales activation activities and AOP execution.
- Maintain internal reports using Microsoft Office, Power BI, and other systems.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, sample distribution, product cuttings, and other project needs.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from SS&P teams.
- Incoming Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or MBA with at least one year of study remaining.
- Majors:
Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Animal Science preferred. - Prior work experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and internet usage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated self‑starter who can work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem‑solving, time‑management, and multi‑tasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Year‑round paid internship located at Springdale, Arkansas World Headquarters. Full‑time (40 hours per week) during the summer and part‑time (20 hours per week) during the school year. Requires on‑site presence and is scheduled for the 1st shift.
LocationMust live within a 60‑mile radius of the Springdale, Arkansas corporate office.
